'Hobby' - I drew the second of my two main hobbies: writing books/novels.
The illustration depicts me, in my yard, writing in my notebook, feeling the calmness and laziness of the afternoon, when one can rest and concentrate fully on something pleasant in the heat of a sunny day.
This artwork was made for an online course from Softuni.
The story of 'Laelaps and the Teumessian Fox' is a tale of a paradox that appears in Greek mythology. Laelaps was a hound destined to catch whatever it chased, and the Teumessian Fox was destined to never be caught. The two creatures from had their own stories, but in the end, the stories would converge into one. At the end, the animals get turned into a constellation.
I didn’t want to make a normal in-and-yang side view of the dog and fox situation so I thought I’d make a more angled and feral take of the closed cycle. Also, I wanted the fox to be more of a focus instead of the dog.
This illustration was made as a gift for a friend's birthday.
I referenced ’The Kiss’ by Francesco Hayez, as it exhibits pure romance like the one that eventually blooms between the opposing at first spouses. Some interpretations of that painting say the piece is meant to symbolise the unification of the kingdom of Italy so I thought it would be perfect to showcase the unity of the underworld.
'The Kiss in Greece' - The assignment (from my university) was to make an illustration for a magazine that has an article retelling the myth of 'Persephone' - 'You are dealing with a high-brow audience so don’t be afraid to throw in some art references and be abstract.'

This is a quicker sketch/illustration I made of the DC character 'Red Hood' for my portfolio review with C. B. Cebulski (chief editor at Marvel Comics) for the Heroes Dutch Comic Con in Utrecht.
'Super Shy Gambler' - Based on the manga and anime 'Kakegurui – Compulsive Gambler' I drew Ririka my favourite character from the series holding a 'birth day' card with another character from the show as a gift for a loved one of mine. I used Adobe Photoshop.
